Exhaustion

Holy canoli, I actually missed posting last week because it has been so freakin beautiful outside! I had a couple of extra days off, so I spent 99% of the time outside making use of my birthday present, a wheelbarrow!! I have been wanting one for years and I finally got one, so I spent the last few days going back and forth in the yard moving bricks, loads of dirt and plants. I dug a new veggie garden, so I had to transplant my asparagus from the old garden and then I used these old bricks that were left in the woods to surround some of my saplings. I cannot believe I have gone this long without a wheelbarrow!!

Anywho, I finally had to come inside because it was raining so I made a few small things with my Cricut.

For my veggie garden. Regular vinyl. I am getting some outdoor vinyl soon so I might make new ones if these ever crap out. This is on the back of some pre-made plant markers from Burpee. They're thin plastic.

My makeup bag needed some bling. Used some Heat Transfer Vinyl in pink glitter and plain black. Throwin it back to the early 2000s with that System of a Down lyric. Hehehe.

This was on the bottom of the right leg on a pair of sweat pants. Some more HTV in brown, pink glitter and gold glitter.

And this is my sewing notebook. It is kind of hard to photograph the holographic HTV, but I wanted to play around with putting HTV on regular stuff. Cuttin' Corners Vinyl and Expressions Vinyl have some awesome instructional videos on using HTV and regular vinyl on all sorts of things.

I am loving this silly little machine! It's so fun to make something quick. Plus I just took a card making class in Carthage so I have a feeling everyone I know will be getting custom cards soon. Bwahaha!!
